Managing incoming calls and customer service enquiries
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
Meet Customer service call handling quotas.
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right method and tools.
Excellent communication skills ,Fluent Communication skills is utmost priority
Must be comfortable with rotational shifts.
Should have an experience of working in customer service
Should have good excel knowledge
Should have good grasping skills
Should be well versed with handling the system
Should have good typing speed
